With over 25 years in the fast-paced world of Fortune 100 tech, I’ve been in your shoes. As one of the few women/people of color leaders, I've cracked the code on leading innovative, inclusive teams and navigating the labyrinth of corporate structures to clinch VP/SVP titles.

At the heart of my leadership has always been the ability to cultivate diverse teams — spanning race, gender, orientation, language, age and more. It's not just about representation but leveraging empathy, transparency, and emotional intelligence to create spaces where these teams have not only delivered groundbreaking solutions but have grown and thrived in a truly inclusive environment.

My foundation is rooted in esteemed academic institutions — a Bachelor's from Carnegie Mellon, a Master's from the University of Pittsburgh, with specialist training from Rutgers, Northwestern, and Cornell University, to name a few. I also boast certifications from the ICF, the Institute of Coaching, and an expertise in team coaching anchored in ORSC™ methodologies.
